Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Executive – D2C to manage day-to-day D2C order operations and ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment, delivery, and customer order management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end D2C order processing and fulfilment.
Monitor orders across the D2C website and other online channels.
Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners for timely order fulfilment.
Track order status, cancellations, failed deliveries, and RTOs.
Monitor and resolve order-related operational issues.
Ensure accurate and timely updates of order and inventory data.
Coordinate with courier partners for delivery-related issues.
Prepare daily/weekly D2C operations MIS and reports.
Monitor key operational metrics and identify process gaps.




Ensure adherence to defined TATs and operational SOPs.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of D2C and E-commerce operations.
Experience with order management and logistics coordination.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred
Experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
