FP&A; Process Transformation
Lead automation and optimization initiatives across budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, management reporting, and performance analytics.
Find opportunities to eliminate manual activities and improve process efficiency.
Standardize FP&A; processes and reporting frameworks across business units.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and best-practice methodologies.
Automation & Digital Solutions
Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as Power Platform, Power BI, VBA, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and RPA technologies.
Partner with IT and data engineering teams to develop scalable finance automation solutions.
Build automated dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics capabilities.
Implement workflow automation and controls to improve data quality and governance.
Project Management
Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects from business case development through implementation and stabilization.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and success metrics.




Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Analytics & Reporting
Create KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and automation perks.
Support executive and business leadership with actionable insights.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a change champion for finance transformation initiatives.
Conduct training and enablement sessions for FP&A; users.
Develop process documentation, user guides, and governance frameworks.
Develop adoption of automation solutions across finance teams.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
15+ years of experience in FP&A;, Finance Transformation, Business Intelligence, or Process Automation.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and management accounting processes.
