Job Description




We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Analyst – Zena Batch Support with 3-5 years of experience in batch scheduling, monitoring, and production support. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and validating end-to-end batch processing workflows in the Acceptance (UAT) environment, ensuring successful execution of scheduled jobs, dependencies, file transfers, scripts, and notifications before production deployment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of enterprise job schedulers such as Zena, Control-M, or CA7, along with a solid understanding of batch processing architecture, troubleshooting, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Batch Operations & Monitoring
Monitor and support End-of-Day (EOD) batch execution processes.
Execute and manage batch jobs through the Zena Scheduler.
Validate job dependencies, schedules, calendars, and prerequisite conditions.
Monitor batch workflows and ensure all jobs complete successfully within defined timelines.
