Job Purpose

As a Specialist within the Contracts Team of the Rights and Royalties
Department, you will assume a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence
and strategic direction of our team. Building upon your extensive experience and
specialized skills, you will lead the comprehensive review and analysis of
pre-drafted and signed agreements, with a focus on those of High Profile authors
and complex agreements.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will serve as a key liaison
between the team and senior management and stakeholders,
