Regional Sales Manager – SaaS/International Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in international markets for a B2B SaaS platform serving tour operators and destination management companies (DMCs). The role involves end-to-end sales ownership — from prospecting and lead generation to closing and post-sale relationship management — along with regular client travel.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in international markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, emails, and networking events
Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and business opportunities
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation, branding, and content strategies
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets




Manage the end-to-end sales process — prospecting, lead qualification, closing, and post-sale follow-up
Travel 15-20 days per month to meet clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities

Qualifications

MBA in Sales & Marketing
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales and marketing, with a proven track record in sales and client acquisition
Exposure to international sales highly preferred
SaaS software sales experience preferred
Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Zoho

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Strong presentation and client interaction skills
Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Presentable, skilled demeanor
Willingness to travel 15-20 days per month
