At Porcellia, we’re hiring Creative Strategists — the ones who sit right at the intersection of data and drama, logic and storytelling. You might come from design, copywriting, performance marketing, or social — as long as you know how to connect creative with outcomes, you’ll fit right in.

If a performance marketer is the driver, the creative strategist is the navigator — guiding campaigns, shaping ideas, and ensuring every creative output moves the brand forward.

What You’ll Actually Do
Ideate and strategize digital campaign concepts, ads, and retention creatives for high-performing D2C brands.
Work directly with founders, performance marketers, and creative teams to shape briefs and build campaign directions.
Manage execution — ensuring copywriters, designers,



and editors bring your ideas to life with clarity and intent.
Bridge creative and data: translate numbers into narratives, insights into ideas.
Run experiments: iterate, test, refine, repeat.
Stay plugged into cultural trends, platform shifts, and consumer psychology.

What You’ll Need
2–3 years of experience in any of the following: copywriting, design, social media, or performance marketing.
A deep understanding of how creative impacts performance (clicks, conversions, retention).
Ability to brief, guide, and review work across multiple creative functions.
Curiosity that never runs out and discipline that never burns out.
An obsession with testing — you love seeing what works and why.
