ABOUT THE ROLE
As an SDE2, you will build and own backend services, working primarily in Node.js.
You will take end-to-end ownership of what you build — from API and data model
through to what ships in front of users.

Gurgaon / Bengaluru (Hybrid)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience:
- 3-5 years building and running production backend services
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express
- Strong SQL and relational data modelling, including schema design and migrations
- REST API design for mobile clients
- Hands-on experience building and developing with LLMs for code generation, debugging, automation or tooling
- Experience owning a service in production, including incident investigation and resolution
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Technical Requirements:
- Backend: Node.js, Express or similar frameworks, REST API design
- Frontend: Working knowledge of React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Database: PostgreSQL or MySQL, with exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Caching & Messaging: Redis,



and a message queue such as AWS SQS, RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Cloud & Infra: AWS (S3, SQS, Lambda), Docker, CI/CD
- Observability: Distributed tracing, logging and monitoring - OpenTelemetry or similar
- Tools: Git, npm, testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest)
- LLM: Experience building with LLMs and using them across the development workflow
- Cross-stack: Willingness to work in Java, Python and React alongside Node.js
