Skills And Competencies

2-5 years of experience in structured finance,



with hands-on experience in securitization (CLO and private credit preferred)
Proven quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal and financial documentation
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, C#, or Java to support modeling and automation
Advanced Excel skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams across business, engineering, and technology
Demonstrated curiosity and openness to leveraging AI to improve efficiency and model quality

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
