Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end Human Resources function for our fast-growing Solar EPC organization.

• HR Operations & Policy Implementation

• Coordination with Project Sites, Office Teams & Management




• Supporting organizational growth, workforce planning and HR strategy

Ideal Candidate
✔️ 10+ years of hands-on HR experience
✔️ Experience in a Solar EPC, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure or fast-paced organization preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour compliance and statutory requirements
✔️ Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle processes
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS systems
✔️ Solid leadership, stakeholder management and team-management skills
