Agent Authority Academy helps real estate professionals build authority, visibility, and lead-generation systems through strategic video content and digital marketing.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our remote outreach team and support our business development efforts by engaging with real estate professionals through LinkedIn.
About The Role:
As an executive, you will be responsible for managing a LinkedIn account as part of our structured outbound prospecting program.
You will use our company's outreach system to connect with relevant real estate professionals, introduce them to Agent Authority Academy, and generate interest in our services.
The outreach process is supported by automation and predefined messaging, while our sales team manages qualified opportunities through the remainder of the sales process.
This is a target-driven, commission-based role suited to individuals who are comfortable working independently and consistently managing a skilled LinkedIn presence.

Key Responsibilities:




Maintain and manage an active LinkedIn profile in accordance with company guidelines.
Maintain the Agent Authority Academy company banner and designated job bio on your LinkedIn profile for the duration of your engagement.
Monitor responses and identify prospects who demonstrate genuine interest in our services.
Coordinate with the internal sales team when a prospect meets the required qualification criteria.
Attend a monthly team check-in to review performance, updates, and program requirements.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with earnings directly tied to qualified business opportunities generated through your outreach activity.
CAD $25 for every qualified sales meeting booked.
CAD $250 for every new client who signs up for our services as a result of your outreach.
Payments are issued by the 5th business day of the following month.
There is no fixed salary for this position. Compensation is based on measurable results.
