Role Description The Graphic Design Intern (NIFT only) will support the creative team in developing visual assets for personal branding campaigns across social media, podcasts, and thought leadership content. This internship role is hybrid,



based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks depending on project needs. Day-to-day responsibilities may include designing social media creatives, thumbnails, presentation decks, and brand collateral, as well as assisting with layout, typography, and visual consistency across platforms. The intern will collaborate closely with content strategists, video editors, and account managers to translate narratives and scripts into compelling visual designs. The role also involves participating in brainstorming sessions, adapting designs based on feedback, and maintaining organized project files and design libraries.
Qualifications
Solid foundational skills in graphic design, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar software).
