* Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Atlassian products to
support enterprise workflows

* Translate business and user requirements into effective system
configurations, automations, and dashboards

* Ability to work with HR, Finance and other support functions to develop and
deploy suitable ticketing solutions for their functional areas.

* Lead the design for integrations and APIs to/from existing HR, Finance and
other support applications.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation,
blueprints, and standards

* Partner with product owners, project managers, and technical leads to gather
and refine system requirements.
