Position Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) in the Hospitality sector is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and revenue optimization. The BDM identifies new business opportunities, fosters relationships with potential partners and clients, and works closely with internal teams to align growth strategies with company objectives. This role requires an understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and customer needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue goals.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities.
Select and recommend appropriate solutions including products, budgetary quotes, standards, etc.

Increase in the project funnel made with complete range of products including mechanical, electro-mechanical, automatics, glass, sliders etc.
Collaborate with technical and spec team, architects, engineers, and project managers to align specifications with design intent, budget constraints and focus on solution selling.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Generate leads and convert them into profitable sales opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.

Key accounts:

Manage and actively engage with key accounts of assigned developer, operator and consultant in collaboration with channel and regional sales team.
Maintain excellent working relationships with consultants/ operator/ developer/ partners to identify new projects and provide accurate, exact and timely information.
