Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, people-first,



and highly organized HR professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations and help build a strong performance-driven culture at Flashoot.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a startup environment where speed, ownership, and problem-solving matter.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, referrals, and social hiring
Screen profiles and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and founders
Manage offer rollouts and onboarding process
Build talent pipelines for critical roles
Employee Lifecycle Management
Employee onboarding and induction
Documentation and compliance
Employee records management
Exit process and full & final settlements
Probation reviews and confirmations
Payroll & Attendance Management
Manage monthly attendance and leave records
Coordinate payroll processing
Incentive and variable payout coordination
Maintain salary rec
