The Role
We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own what AiSensy says, creates, and publishes across social and content channels.
This isn't a calendar-management role.
You will own the idea, hook, narrative, script, content, distribution, performance, and what we do next.
You'll work directly with the Founder/CEO and collaborate with Video, Design, Growth, Product, Sales, and Partnerships to turn AiSensy's products, customers,



data, and point of view into content people actually want to consume.
If you enjoy building content from scratch, moving fast, experimenting constantly, and being accountable for results—not just output—this role is for you.

What You'll Own
1. Content Strategy & Ideation
Build and own AiSensy's content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, WhatsApp Channels, and other relevant platforms.
Define what AiSensy should talk about, who we're talking to, and why they should care.
Turn product launches, customer stories, WhatsApp ecosystem changes, industry trends, founder insights, and real business outcomes into compelling content.
Build repeatable content formats, series, and shows instead of relying on one-off posts.
Develop platform-specific strategies rather than publishing the same content everywhere.
