Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with at least 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using C#, C++, Angular, .NET, and Web APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with hands-on experience building scalable front-end applications, robust backend services, reusable APIs, and high-performance components. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, maintainable, and production-ready software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Practical experience using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Prompt engineering skills for writing clear prompts and validating AI-generated outputs.
Responsible use of AI across the SDLC for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting while maintaining security and compliance.
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, Python, HTML, CSS,



and modern front-end engineering practices.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful Web APIs and backend services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and related frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with Angular front-end components.
Understand and be able to explain practices (such as refactoring, TDD and pair programming) and their advantages so that the team consistently works together with a deep understanding. Adhere to accepted best practices of SDLC (I.e. unit testing, CI/CD, etc.) and act on the principles of Agile/Scrum within the team
Independently translate product requirements into scoped engineering efforts; Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
