The Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is obsessed with ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
This isn't a role where you simply launch campaigns and wait for the numbers.




You will own the performance marketing engine—from campaign strategy and media buying to landing pages, experimentation, funnel optimization, analytics, and conversion.
You'll work closely with Design, Content, Product, Sales, and external agencies to build campaigns that don't just generate traffic or leads, but generate high-quality customers and revenue.
If you enjoy looking at a dashboard, spotting what's broken, testing a hypothesis, and scaling what works—this role is for you.

What You'll Own
1. Performance Marketing Strategy
Build and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with AiSensy's acquisition and revenue goals.
Plan, launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Define channel-level objectives, budgets, audiences, targeting strategies, and KPIs.
