JPrime Buildcon LLP is looking for a proactive and target-driven Sourcing Manager to strengthen our Channel Partner network and drive quality walk-ins and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) and Individual Channel Partners (ICPs)
• Regularly visit CP/ICP offices to generate walk-ins and bookings
• Present JPrime Buildcon’s ongoing and upcoming projects
• Support onboarding and activation of current CPs and ICPs
• Coordinate site visits, walk-ins and seamless handovers with the sales/closing team
• Track CP activity, walk-ins, conversions and bookings through daily/weekly reports
• Follow up on documentation, brokerage payouts and partner queries
• Assist in broker meets, project launches and CP engagement activities
• Coordinate with marketing for project collaterals and promotional requirements




• Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines

What We’re Looking For:
• Graduate / Postgraduate; MBA preferred
• 3–6 years of experience in channel sales, sourcing or CP relationship management in real estate
• Good network or working knowledge of Channel Partners in Navi Mumbai and nearby micro-markets
• Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with extensive field travel and CP meetings
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MIS reporting
