We're looking for a sharp, driven intern who can do both sides of the business: bring in clients and help us deliver for them. You'll spend part of your time getting founders and CHROs to say yes to AxioraPeople, and part of your time sourcing and screening candidates — across both tech and non-tech, niche profiles — for the roles we're hired to fill. If you like variety, want to understand both ends of the HR/staffing business, and follow through until the job is actually done, this is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales & Business Development
• Reach out to founders, CHROs, and hiring managers directly — via calls, LinkedIn, email,



and in-person meetings
• Use your own network, smart data search, and AI-powered tools to find and reach the right decision-makers — not just work off a static list
• Build real relationships, not just send templated messages — you'll represent AxioraPeople in every conversation
• Telecall prospects with confidence, handle objections, and move conversations toward a yes
• Meet clients face-to-face where it matters — coffee, their office, a quick site visit — whatever gets the deal moving
• Own the full deal cycle — first contact, follow-up, negotiation, close, invoicing, and payment collection. A deal isn't done until the payment has actually landed
• Follow up on outstanding payments professionally and persistently — chasing collections is part of the job

• Source candidates for open client mandates across both tech and non-tech, niche profiles — using LinkedIn Rec
