Senior US IT Recruiter
Work Location: India- Noida | Hyderabad | Chennai
Experience Range: 5 to 9 years
Night Shift: Timings 6:30PM IST to 3:30PM IST

MUST HAVE
Strong experience in US IT Recruitment. Hands on to support end-to-end recruitment for clients across the United States.
Knowledge of US work authorization types including H1B, GC, USC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, and TN Visa.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.

Sourcing | Screening | Interviewing
Source candidates through job portals- Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter.
LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and databases.
Screen resumes and conducts preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, communication, visa status, and candidate suitability.




Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Negotiation & Offer Closer
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.

System | Compliance | MIS
Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS
Ensure adherence to client SLAs, compliance requirements, and hiring processes.
Provide/ Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports.
