This role requires someone very strong in analyzing learning needs to address the business requirements, develop the learning and curriculum strategy, and recommend fit-for-purpose learning aligned to business needs. The candidate should have strong exposure to instructional design fundamentals, project management, and a global learning setting.
Responsibilities




Collaborate with the global stakeholders to identify the business need and propose the learning solutions that best fit the needs and build trusted consulting relationships.
Collaborate with SMEs and implementation teams to design storyboards aligned with learning objectives.
Lead instructional design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Define instructional flow and structure of content to meet organizational goals.
Evaluate existing training programs and make recommendations for improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and learner needs.
Configure, create, and assemble existing or new content along with graphics to make the content engaging and relevant for target personas.
Plan, design, develop, and manage content for various media.
Convert use cases and examples to stories and scenarios to explain the concepts to
