As a First-of-Service (FOS) representative, you will be the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products or services. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to address customer issues, promoting our products and services effectively.
Collaborate with the CCE team to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless resolution process.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, staying updated with the latest developments.
Document customer interactions and feedback,

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or support environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
