About the Role:

We are looking for proactive and data-driven Talent Acquisition professionals
with 4+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment while bringing
analytics and strategic insights to our hiring processes. This role balances
hands-on recruitment with strategic thinking, helping WIN attract top talent
efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, including sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend
effective hiring strategies.
* Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive
candidates.
* Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring
timely and accurate updates.
* Maintain and manage recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring
accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
* Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire,
source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health.
* Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks,



trends, and opportunities
for process improvement.
* Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability and market
trends.
* Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring
process.

Required Qualifications:

* 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
* Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage
multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improve
processes.
* Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured
hiring processes.
* Must have worked with Product-Based companies.
