NKey Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy Unit , ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. N
- Handle patientpreparation, pre-procedure assessment and post-procedure care . N




- Coordinate and assist doctors during various endoscopic procedures. N
- Ensure proper patient identification, consent, documentation and safety protocols . N
- Manage the endoscopy procedure room, equipment and accessories , ensuring readiness before every procedure. N
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of endoscopy equipment as per hospital protocols. N
- Maintain adequate availability of consumables, instruments and emergency equipment . N
- Coordinate with Consultants, Anesthesia, Nursing, CSSD, OT and other support departments . N
- Ensure accurate documentation of procedures, patient records and daily activity reports. N
- Monitor infection-control practices and maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care . N
- Manage and guide the Endoscopy nursing team, including duty allocation, training and performance monitoring . N
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH standar
