Business Development Manager – Aviation Technology

ABCD IT Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced and well-connected Business Development qualified to support the market expansion of AERO360 , our integrated aviation management platform.
AERO360 is designed to support aviation organizations across key operational areas including Flight Operations, Crew Management, Aircraft Maintenance & Inventory, Technical Records, Quality, Safety & Compliance, and Operational Dashboards.
We are looking for someone who understands the aviation industry, is confident engaging with senior decision-makers, and can help us build meaningful relationships and business opportunities across the Indian aviation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for AERO360 within the aviation industry.
• Build relationships with Airlines, NSOP operators, MROs, aircraft management companies, and other relevant aviation organizations.
• Identify and connect with senior decision-makers and key operational stakeholders.
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities.




• Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
• Work closely with the ABCD IT Solutions team to understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Support the complete business development cycle from prospect identification to commercial closure.
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships within the aviation industry.
• Represent AERO360 professionally at relevant industry meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in communicating with senior executives and decision-makers.
• A good understanding of the Indian aviation industry.
• An existing professional network within Airlines, NSOPs, MROs, Bus
