N Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving growth in offshore staffing and recruitment services.



This position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline across target markets. The role includes managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and understanding client requirements to propose tailored staffing solutions. Daily activities involve conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
