N n Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in managing high-rise residential projects . N
- Strong understanding ofstructural, MEP (plumbing & electrical), and architectural drawings. N
- Excellent technical, practical, and design accuracy check capabilities. N
- Solid knowledge of statutory compliance, building bylaws, and NBC guidelines. N
- Experience in a developer’s office is preferred. N
- Seamless coordination with external consultants and on-site execution teams. N
- Ability to consolidate and document architectural requirements and specifications. N
