About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Promo Writer who can shape the promotional storytelling behind SoulSensei’s workshops, guides, personal sessions and community experiences. Every experience on SoulSensei begins with a practice, a guide and a moment of clarity. Your role will be to identify what makes that experience meaningful and translate it into compelling campaign narratives, video scripts,



hooks and launch communication that make the right person stop, pay attention and take action.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines strong creative instincts with an understanding of audience behaviour and performance insights. You will independently shape promotional communication from concept to execution while ensuring every piece of content remains authentic to the SoulSensei brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of campaign concepts and promotional narratives for workshops, personal sessions, launches and special initiatives.
- Write compelling scripts for short-form performance marketing videos, digital campaigns, launch assets and community communication.
- Develop clear messaging frameworks and creative directions for major campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth research using session recordings, landing pages, topic research and audience insights.
