- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, andn
- process flows.n
- Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to bring solutions to life and remove blockers.n
- Define and drive BA best practices, standards, templates, and process improvements.n
- Oversee testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off across workstreams.n
- Champion data-informed decision-making and transparent, actionable communication.n

n2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including team lead or people-management experience
n3Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have proven ability to lead and mentor analysts and coordinate work across multiple stakeholders
n4Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have owned requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation end-to-end for key initiatives, ensuring quality and consistency of BA deliverables
