Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Manager – Risk Analytics to lead our risk strategy, portfolio monitoring, and credit underwriting framework. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of credit risk strategies across unsecured lending products, mentor analytical talent, and work closely with leadership to optimize portfolio growth while managing delinquencies.

Key Responsibilities





Credit Policy & Strategy Leadership: Design, refine, and implement data-driven credit policies, underwriting rules, and risk segmentation strategies across unsecured retail lending products.
Scorecard & Model Governance: Oversee the development, deployment, and performance monitoring of acquisition, behavioral, and collection scorecards, conducting regular gap analyses and hypothesis testing.
Portfolio Risk Management: Monitor key portfolio health metrics (delinquency trends, vintage curves, roll rates), identify early warning signals, and drive proactive risk mitigation actions.
Growth & Monetization Strategies: Partner with Product, Growth, and Business teams to develop risk-adjusted pricing frameworks, limit enhancement programs, and pre-approved cross-sell strategies.
