Role
As a team manager you will be a part of the Engine assembly and will report to the Section Head-Engine Assembly
The purpose of your role will be handling Shift production in-charge of Engine Assembly and Meet Daily Production Target of Engine Assembly with optimum utilisation of resources
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Controlling engine Production in snitt to acnieve dally Production largets

Achieving Customer Delight through best quality control practices in shop floor
Strengthening DWM activities on Shop Floor
Improving Operational Efficiency by accelerating TPM Activities
Proper manpower Handling |
Planning Desired Output in Case of Unplanned Breakdown's
Managing Production target during festival holidays
100% Adherence to Manual Checkpoints on Assembly Line

A Day in a Life
Ensure Smooth Running of Production as per target.
Ensure control of line stoppages
Ensure Reduction in Flow of Defects to Customer




Ensure All Safety Standard Operating Procedures are followed on line
Ensure Improvement of Profitability through Controlling Cost parameters
Improving TPM parameters 3s. JH scores and OLE scores of Assembly Lines
Ensure Emotional Connect Between Mentor and Mentee
Imparting Training and aiding OJT
Conducting skill mitigation
Academic Qualification & Experience
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 4-6 years of relevant work experience Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 Years of relevant work experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge

MS Office, SAP & PPT
5S, TPM, SPC & TPS
Understanding of organizational context, policies, needs and expectation of all interested parties
Defect Handling and In Built Quality
Maintenance and development of tools and fixtures
Ensuring secure working environment
