Overview
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Accountant (Full-Cycle / GL Accountant) with minimum 3 years of experience. Ready to take full ownership of our accounting function and replace our outsourced bookkeeping model. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and audit-ready financials.

Key Responsibilities Own the complete month-end close process (close by the 5th business day) Prepare and post accruals, prepaid, deferrals, and re-classes Handle bank, credit card, AR, and AP reconciliations Maintain accrual, prepaid, and deferred revenue schedules Review and correct AR/AP entries from the AR/AP Clerk Ensure proper COGS and revenue matching and flag timing issues Prepare P& L, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance Keep Quick Books Online audit-ready Coordinate with external CPA for tax and audit support Maintain month-end paperwork and supporting documentation
✅ Must-Have Comfortable working in the adaptable US shift (6 AM - 3 PM Pacific Time). Bachelor of Commerce (required), Master of Commerce (M. Com.) / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred 3+ years of work experience with U. S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and full-cycle accounting (month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations) Strong hands-on experience with Quick Books Online Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills Month-end close ownership, accruals/prepaids/deferred revenue, balance-sheet reconciliations, financial-statement preparation, revenue & COGS matching. Clear written and spoken English with the ability to explain financial entries and variances Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
