About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, target-oriented Business Development Associate with proven B2 C sales experience. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue and converting leads. The charter for this role will include: Generate direct revenue through high-quality B2 C consultative sales. Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Engage with leads via calls, Whats App, and emails; follow up proactively and drive conversions. Build rapport and trust with students and parents to understand their goals and recommend the right services Ideal Persona : Minimum 1 year of B2 C sales experience (Ed Tech preferred but not required). Proven experience in selling and revenue generation with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Experience in Ed Tech or similar high-velocity B2 C environments.
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes. Highly organized, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
