About Airial
Airial is a San Francisco-based, VC-funded AI SaaS platform built for B2C travel agents, founded by a team with backgrounds from Google Brain and Meta. Our platform automates the travel agent's proposal workflow end-to-end — agents on Airial routinely more than double their monthly quotation volume, converting significantly more bookings as a result. We're now scaling our India go-to-market team to bring this to travel agents across the country, and we're looking for our next SDR to help drive that growth.
About the Role
As an SDR at Airial, you're the engine of our sales funnel. Your job is to turn leads into hot, demo-ready prospects — and then make sure that demo actually happens. You won't be closing deals yourself; once a demo is booked and delivered, our Sales Managers take it from there. Your focus is entirely on speed, volume, and follow-through: get the right agents in front of the product, and get them there consistently, every single day.
What You'll Do
Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, hot prospects through structured, multi-channel outreach
Book product demos and drive them to actually happen — chasing reschedules and no-shows until the demo is delivered, not just scheduled
Work to a steady daily demo-volume target — consistency day over day is what actually drives results here
Keep our CRM/tracker accurate and current — demo source and outcome both matter for how your performance is measured
Work closely with Sales Managers to hand off warm, ready-to-close prospects smoothly
What We're Looking For
Robust verbal and written communication — equally comfortable on a call, on WhatsApp, or over email, often within the same hour
A genuine hustle mentality — this is a volume-and-consistency role, and the target resets every single day
Prior 3* years experience in an SDR, tele-calling, or inside-sales role is must
Comfortable with CRM tools and disciplined about logging activity accurately
