Guardian of Childhood is a youth-led nonprofit working to advance children's rights and create safer environments where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.

We develop educational resources, awareness campaigns, workshops, and community initiatives that promote child protection, digital safety, mental well-being, and positive participation. Our work is guided by the principles of dignity, inclusion, respect, and the best interests of every child.

About The Role





We are looking for an organized and people-focused volunteer to support our recruitment, onboarding, team coordination, and volunteer engagement.

Responsibilities

Coordinate volunteer recruitment
Review applications and maintain applicant records
Help schedule interviews
Support onboarding of selected volunteers
Maintain volunteer information and team records
Follow up with selected candidates
Support volunteer engagement and retention
Coordinate with team leads regarding volunteer needs

Requirements

Valuable communication and organizational skills
Responsible and professional approach
Ability to communicate with volunteers
Basic knowledge of Google Forms/Sheets
Previous HR or recruitment experience is an advantage
