Job responsibilities

* Design and implement scalable, resilient, high-performance solutions
using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, React.js, javascript, AWS,
and PostgreSQL.
* Deliver creative software solutions across design, development, and technical
troubleshooting, applying non-routine approaches to solve complex engineering
problems
* Identify and drive automation or permanent fixes for recurring issues to




improve the operational stability of applications and systems
* Lead technical evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and
internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical credentials, and
fit within the existing technology landscape
* Lead software engineering communities of practice to increase awareness and
adoption of current and leading-edge technologies. Provide technical leadership,
coaching, and mentorship to engineering teams, supporting the growth and
development of junior engineers
* Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for complex,
large-scale systems
* Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional
teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
* Oversee end-to-end software delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals,
timelines, and quality standards. Develop secure, high-quality product
