We are looking for a BIM Consultant – Architectural/Structural with 3+ years of experience to manage BIM coordination, model quality, documentation, and project deliverables. The candidate will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure efficient BIM workflows and high-quality project outputs.
Key Responsibilities :-
Manage BIM submissions, QA/QC, and model quality.
Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans, strategies, standards, and protocols.
Conduct weekly Revit model reviews and quality checks.
Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, and MEP teams.
Support construction documentation, as-built drawings, and project deliverables.
Plan and monitor look-ahead schedules and ensure timely submissions.
Advise teams on BIM best practices and coordination processes.
Support BIM training and documentation for basic and advanced coordination.
Act as the BIM point of contact for assigned projects.
Ensure all deliverables meet project standards and timelines.
Qualifications & Skills :-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the BIM industry.
Robust proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
Good understanding of Architecture, Structure, and MEP coordination.
Excellent communication skills in English.
