Role: UI/UX Hiring / Recruiter
We’re looking for a UI/UX Recruiter to help us build a strong product design team. You’ll source and evaluate UI/UX talent, review portfolios, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and work closely with our founders and product team.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sourcing and recruiting UI/UX or product design talent
Ability to evaluate UI/UX portfolios and design case studies
Strong communication and candidate management skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and design communities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Prior experience hiring for design/product/tech roles is a plus
Stipend: ₹30,000–₹60,000/month, based on experience and skills
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 months, extendable
