Job Summary
The Salesperson is responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and promoting company services including portable restrooms, roll-off dumpsters, and grease/septic pumping. This role requires strong relationship building skills, territory management, and the ability to provide customers with service-based solutions tailored to their operational needs. This position will cover a territory from Salem, VA south through Martinsville, VA into North Carolina.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and secure new business across construction, industrial, commercial, municipal, and event-based markets.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate placement, access, pumping needs, and safety considerations.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
- Manage a defined territory and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Educate customers on service options, unit types, roll-off sizes, and pumping schedules.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular communication and service follow up.




- Collaborate with dispatch, drivers, and operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, quotes, contracts, and customer interactions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and/or service.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Frequent travel to customer sites, construction zones, restaurants, and industrial facilities.
- Ability to walk job sites and assess service needs.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional evening or weekend availability for events or urgent customer needs
