Role Description The Hostel Warden (Residential – University) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, responsible for the overall administration, safety, and discipline of the university hostel.



The warden oversees day-to-day hostel operations, including room allocation, maintenance coordination, and adherence to hostel rules and policies. This role involves monitoring resident behavior, addressing grievances, supporting student well-being, and organizing orientations or briefings on hostel guidelines. The warden ensures compliance with health, safety, and security protocols, coordinates with university administration and facility teams, and maintains accurate records related to occupancy, incidents, and inspections. The position requires regular interaction with students, staff, and parents or guardians, as well as readiness to handle emergencies and after-hours situations in a calm and skilled manner.
