Project Role : DevOps Engineer

Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are secure against security threats.

Summary:

As a DevOps Engineer, your day involves designing, implementing, and maintaining development tools and infrastructure that support seamless software delivery. You will focus on creating robust pipelines that automate integration, testing, and deployment processes. Your role includes ensuring the reliability and security of these systems while collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows and infrastructure performance.



You will also monitor and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support design and build of Data360 data models including Data Streams, Data Bundles, DLOs and DMOs under SSE/Tech Lead guidance.

Assist in building data transformations including Data Mapper recipes, identity resolution rules and calculated insights.

Contribute to segmentation, activation and unification pipeline development for personalisation and analytics use cases.

Execute ETL/ELT ingestion tasks into Data360 using platform connectors such as Marketing Cloud, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake and REST/SOAP APIs.

Assist in implementing real-time and batch data synchronisation across enterprise systems and Salesforce clouds.

Support data governance activities including documentation of data lineage, cataloguing and retention rules.
