About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to drive business growth through a mix of Sales, Business Development and Operations.

The role involves identifying current business opportunities, driving sales, building and managing partner relationships, understanding market trends, and ensuring strong day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with people as well as data and taking ownership of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business growth by identifying and converting new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities,



understand competition and drive growth.
Manage leads, follow-ups and conversions to achieve business targets.
Support and execute day-to-day business operations.
Track and analyse sales, operational and business performance metrics.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare regular performance reports and presentations.
Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions to improve business performance.
