Project Brief:
The project, “IPD Analysis of Hypothyroidism in Pregnancy: Prevalence, Risk Factors and Maternal and Fetal Outcomes in India,” funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR),
will undertake an individual participant data analysis to examine the prevalence and determinants of hypothyroidism during pregnancy and its association with maternal and fetal outcomes.
The project involves collaboration and coordination with participating studies and institutions, including harmonisation and management of participant-level data, data analysis, quality assurance and synthesis of findings to generate evidence relevant to maternal health in India.
Job Summary:
The Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) will support the PI and research team in the scientific, analytical and operational implementation of the project. The position will provide technical expertise in IPD harmonisation, statistical analysis and interpretation of findings, while also supporting manuscript and grant proposal development, coordination with funders and study partners, and project-related meetings and activities.
