This role features a hybrid work model that blends in-office collaboration three days a week with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

The Sr. Commercial Loan Administrator performs a variety of administrative, customer service, and loan servicing functions. Provides exceptional customer service to Commercial Loan Officers, borrowers, and vendors while working in compliance with Bank policies and procedures, and maintains an knowledge of Commercial Loan procedures, policy, compliance,



and legal requirements.

Essential Job Functions

Commercial Loan Team Support
- Coordinates all aspects of commercial loan closings with lenders, credit analysts, portfolio managers, attorneys, servicing staff, and customers, ensuring loans are closed accurately, timely, and according to approved terms and conditions.
- Reviews commitment letters, approval documents, and closing documentation; performs pre-closing due diligence and prepares or coordinates required loan, legal, collateral, modification, SBA, construction, and regulatory documentation.
- Communicates with attorneys and paralegals regarding closing requirements, prepares attorney engagement letters, reviews attorney-prepared documents and HUD settlement statements, and obtains required collateral and supporting documentation.
