Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a collaborative product engineering team focused on delivering scalable digital solutions. You will contribute across the technology stack, including frontend, backend APIs, and cloud-native services, while following engineering best practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.
This role offers the opportunity to work with Java, Spring Boot, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and contemporary AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and reliability.

Software Engineering & Delivery
- Design, develop, test, and maintain features across web applications and backend services.
- Build scalable, secure, and reliable applications that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and engineers to deliver business value.
- Participate in technical design discussions and proof-of-concept initiatives.




- Develop automated unit, integration, and regression tests.
- Monitor application performance and implement observability solutions.
- Support production systems and participate in rotational support activities as required.

AI-Assisted Engineering
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity across coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review activities.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and ensure compliance with quality, security, and coding standards.
- Contribute to experimentation with AI/LLM-powered solutions, internal tools, and workflow enhancements.
- Share emerging practices related to AI-assisted software development within the team.

Agile & Collaboration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities.
- Engage in pair programming, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
