Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.
Your responsibilities include:
Researching and sourcing qualified leads
Conducting cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other approved channels
Qualifying prospects based on our criteria
Booking meetings with interested prospects
Maintaining lead records in CRM or tracking sheets
Coordinating a smooth handover to the sales team once a meeting is scheduled
Please note: This role focuses on lead generation and appointment setting only. Discovery calls, sales meetings, negotiations,



and closing clients will be handled by our senior team.
This is a remote internship designed to provide practical exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, and business development within a growing digital marketing agency.

Internship Duration

3-month internship
Includes a 1-month lock-in period
Neither the Company nor the Intern may terminate the engagement during the first month, except in cases of serious misconduct, fraud, breach of confidentiality, or other material violations of company policies.

Compensation

Commission-based internship
Earn commission on every successful client conversion resulting from leads sourced and qualified by you
No fixed stipend or salary
Performance-based earnings with no earning cap

Qualifications

Robust written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable researching businesses and identifying qualified prospects
Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email, and professional outreach
Good organizational
