This is a remote, experience-focused role designed for individuals who want to build strong industry exposure, communication skills, and professional networks in the IT ecosystem.
? Key Responsibilities
Research and identify IT companies, startups, and tech agencies
Reach out to companies via LinkedIn, email, and calls




Introduce student/job seeker talent pool and placement support initiative
Generate leads for hiring partnerships, internships, and job openings
Coordinate initial conversations and opportunity interest
Maintain outreach tracker and lead status updates
Support collaboration between companies and candidate pools
Work with the internal team to route verified opportunities
