ABOUT THE ROLE
Bilivin Education is looking for passionate, energetic, and careeroriented individuals for the role of Career & Program Advisor.
This role combines career counseling, consultative sales, and




relationship management to help learners choose the right academic
programs aligned with their career goals.
As a Career & Program Advisor, you will guide prospective students
through their higher education journey while driving enrollments
through structured counseling, relationship building, and strategic
follow-ups.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people,
understanding career aspirations, and helping learners make impactful
decisions for their future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students
and working professionals
• Understand learner profiles, career goals, and educational
requirements
• Recommend suitable university programs based on career aspirations
• Manage the complete learner journey from inquiry to enrollment
• Build strong relationships through trust-based and consultative
communication
• Perform consistent follow-ups
