What would you do?

The position serves as the financial accounting bridge between Payroll Operations and General Ledger teams, focusing on post-payroll accounting, reconciliations, reporting, controls,



and compliance for US and Canadian entities.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and working papers.
Knowledge of US and Canadian payroll regulations, CRA remittances, and ADP tax filing processes.
Experience preparing and certifying balance sheet reconciliations, preferably using BlackLine or similar reconciliation tools.
Experience with payroll GL integrations and journal entry preparation in a high volume, SOX controlled environment What are we looking for?

3 to 5 years of experience in Payroll Financial Accounting, RTR, or General Ledger roles within a large multi entity organization
