Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end architecture and technical roadmap for legacy applications.
Lead development and delivery of business enhancements, production fixes, and regulatory changes.
Govern L2/L3 support, incident management, problem management, and SLA compliance.
Perform solution design, impact analysis, code reviews, and architecture governance.
Drive application stability, performance optimization, and technical debt reduction.
Manage releases, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Lead modernization initiatives while ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
Mentor development and support teams.
